Holly Shick is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, overseeing the its ethics, compliance, and audit programs. She is also responsible for the USOPC’s relationships with the US Anti-Doping Agency and World Anti-Doping Agency. Before joining the USOPC, Holly was a Senior Compliance Officer and Vice President at Goldman Sachs focused on anti-money laundering compliance. She also served as a federal prosecutor at the United States Attorney’s Offices in Washington, D.C., and Salt Lake City, Utah, where she mainly prosecuted violent crime cases. Holly is a proud Penn State alumna and received her law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.
